Ok, did you sing the song like I did?? I grew up watching and loving The Sound of Music! Anyhow, back to the topic at hand. We are 13 days into 2023 and I’ve recently caught myself reflecting on the past year. I spent the entire year editing my life-even making a crazy career change. Moving on from what no longer served me, and PILING on the good things I love. It’s been the best. These are some of my favorite things that have been game-changers in my daily life-I hope you love them and they “edit” your life too-in the best possible way!

My 2022 Favorite Things:
1. https://modere.co/3H21gOJ First up, Liquid collagen: the absolute best for your body to support healthy aging along with immune blends to support an enhanced immune response. The multi-patented Collagen/HA Matrix improves joint mobility, reduces joint discomfort and promotes healthy cartilage and connective tissue while ALSO reducing wrinkles from the inside out. The immune blend that I love tastes like grape juice – (anytime a supplement tastes good I stick with it) and is packed with elderberry, zinc and 13 phytonutrient-rich superfoods to really kick the immune system into gear. I don’t miss a day of this one!!
2. https://amzn.to/3Zy1tAF Carhartt knit fleece lined hat: I can’t get enough of this hat, especially while running outside in the mornings to take care of the ducks in the cool weather. I also wore it when we went to ICE at the Taylor (hello 9 degrees, I needed all the warmth I could get). I love that it is fleece lined, it really helps lock in warmth and it’s just so cute and stylish.
3. https://wallicases.com/?rstr=24367 The Walli phone case! This will be the only phone case you use once you give it a try. I’ve had several designs over the past year and I cannot imagine using a different case now. It’s the perfect combination of a card holder, a protective case, a loop to hold and comes in so many cute styles. I can’t get enough of these!
4. https://amzn.to/3ILVbY5 Electric ceramic griddle: I bought this griddle in mid December after deciding that the one we’ve owned since we got engaged needed to retire. It’s 12″x22″ and has so much space to cook on! I actually let my friend cook on it first and our pancakes were delicious! The cool touch handles keep me from burning my hands and nothing stuck to the gorgeous ceramic coating. After cooking pancakes for 16 people, I simply wiped it down with a wet cloth. Definitely recommend this one!
5. https://modere.co/3XaSGmx Revitalize Minerals: This year I knew I had to take hydration more seriously (coffee & Dr Pepper addict). I learned you can never properly hydrate without trace minerals-no matter how much you drink! You will always find at least 2 packets of these delicious magical berry minerals in my purse or car!! I add them to my Stanley and fill it full of water and I’m good to go! I drink way more water, and I think they have single-handedly fixed a decade long dehydration streak, and most importantly I’m getting major wellness benefits. Revitalize is loaded with over 70 Sundance Sea trace minerals, shilajit from the Himalayan mountains and 7 crucial micro and macro minerals, and replenishes your energy naturally!! “You can trace every sickness, every disease, and every ailment to a nutritional deficiency.” ~ Dr. Linus Pauling. Best part is they are only $35 with my link!!
6. https://amzn.to/3CM1wiF Geometric Earrings: Aren’t these earrings the absolute cutest?!? My four best friends and I take a trip every year the week of Thanksgiving – this year we went to Nachitoches, LA and did a favorite things gift exchange while we were there. We were all gifted with these cute earrings – they’re so lightweight and work perfectly as an everyday earring and in my case, they can really dress up a sweatshirt, leggings and tennis shoes outfit. Grab you a pair or two for your friends!
7. https://modere.co/3CLe8q0 CellProof Eye Cream: Well ladies, I was born in the mid-eighties, am a 90s kid at heart and as much as I love N’Sync, a Caboodle and Lisa Frank accessories, I’m not loving the puffiness I’ve noticed under my eyes and those not so cute wrinkles that show up in the corner of my eyes when I smile. I’ve been using this eye cream since March and really notice the reduction of puffiness and wrinkles around my eyes. It’s blend with he award-winning BioCell Collagen along with natural caffeine to smooth and firm the look of those fine lines and wrinkles we never invited to the party. Check it out and see rapid results in the appearance of your eyes, never miss a morning with it!
8. https://www.stanley1913.com/products/adventure-quencher-travel-tumbler-40-oz Stanley water bottle: I call her my emotional support water and I don’t go anywhere without her! The hype is real friends. So many cute colors too! Your drink will stay cold for hours and hours while you do all the things! You’ll want this tumbler by your side.
9. https://amzn.to/3kf4TYX Adidas Women’s Swift Running Shoe: I was a little worried about getting a solid white shoe, but I’m so glad I did! I have love pairing them with a cute sweatshirt and black leggings and have gotten several comments on them. Now if I can just keep them white!
10. https://amzn.to/3CLxjjr Women’s Vintage Smile Pullover: Truth be told, I wear this sweatshirt more often than I should. It’s so cute and comfy! I love the little smiley face detail on it – I got the auburn/rust color in a size Medium, fits true to size.
I hope you all love these fun finds as much as I enjoyed them this year and loved sharing them with you! I would love to hear about some things you found this year that have made your life better too!
