Welcome February!! The first day of a new month just feels different, like a clean slate ready for you to write your goals on. Read on to find out my tips on how to achieve your goals this month.
Let’s get started this month with some healthy weekly challenges. Each week there will be a new challenge, I recommend you keep going with the previous week’s challenge and then add the new challenges on top of it. Think about how different you will feel at the end of the month!
The first week of February we will focus on drinking more water. Your goal/daily intake is up to you. Maybe you don’t ever drink water and so adding in one bottle a day is where you need to start. Maybe you already drink a good amount of water and you need to just up it a little bit every day. No matter where you’re at, set a goal for yourself and knock it out. Write your goal down (on a cute piece of paper or on a sticky note) and post it on your bathroom mirror or on your fridge where you can easily see it. Whatever your goal is, crush it for the next 4 days and then keep going!
